Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

Terms & Conditions

To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at support@prettybirds.co  to confirm the return.

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at support@prettybirds.co  if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
